申诉书模板,差评申诉模板

我自己根据别人推荐编写的申诉模板，，不过好像不适合我们的情况，提交后并未通过。最后通过另一套反诉模板成功申诉回来了链接。

如果其他手段不奏效，这个也可以当做一个参考。

Dear Amazon,

Our listing was removed by Amazon on January 1st because of the copyright infringement complaint.

We are a network distributor authorized by a manufacturer, and all our products and pictures are provided by the manufacturer. We contact the manufacturer to confirm whether all pictures are copyrighted. The manufacturer provided us with the original image.

We contacted the complainant, apologized to him via email, and hoped that the right holder would point out to us where the infringement was, so that it would not happen again in the future. The right holder has not yet responded. We will continue to pay close attention.

In response to this situation, we decided to take the following measures:

1. We will carefully check the titles, pictures, and descriptions of listings. and delete all the things that could show any signs of conflicts with intellectual property rights.

2. We will set up a special shooting department to take product pictures by ourselves to ensure that all pictures have copyrights.

3. We will register the brand and design product packaging instead of using the general packaging provided by the manufacturer. Improve the recognizability of our brand products and avoid any form of infringement.

4. We have developed a monthly staff training to learn about the Amazon policy. Besides, We require employees who independently operate accounts to pass our assessment in advance.
